Sessions - important information
Prices
All pricing is in NZ dollars. Payment is required prior to your appointment. To find current conversion rates in your currency please click here
Times
All days time for your appointment is in New Zealand times. to go to a time zone convertor please click here
Your appointment starts at the time arranged. If you are late the time will be deducted form your allocated time as I have a tight schedule.
Reschedule
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 24 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day. 24 hours notice is required or else full price will be charged.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointments 24 hours notice is required or else full price will be charged.
Refunds
There are no refunds once your session begins. If you request a refund after you have paid (and no later than 48 hours before your session begins) I will refund your payment minus a NZ$20 administrative fee. This is to cover my costs with exchange rates and for administrative expenses. Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase.
Missed appointments
If you do not make your appointment and have not contacted me prior, no refund or rescheduling will be given.
On occasions in the past I have been unable to reach people because of unplugged phones and Skype issues. Before the call, please check that your phone is all plugged in and ready to go and if you are a Skype user, test your Skype before the call to check that your microphone is working as it should. Also please check that you are online (not ‘invisible’ or set to ‘offline’.)
You have responsibility on your end for your equipment. If we are about to start your appointment and your phone is unplugged or your Skype isn’t working there is no refund or extension of time.
If there is no contact at the time we arranged, check your email. I will email when there’s a problem. If I don’t get a reply within 10-15 minutes of our appointment time I will assume you are not going to show up.
Can I ask follow up questions via email after my session?
Please make sure you get all your important issues and questions addressed during the session, as I am not able to answer questions outside of phone sessions due to time constraints and the volume of people I work with.

workshops - important information
All workshops have limited number of spaces available. Payment is required to reserve your space. Please read these conditions before paying and reserving your spot.
Cancellation of Workshop or Expo (Jade cancels )
If for any reason Jade has to cancel the workshop or expo, full monies will refunded to attendees. PLEASE NOTE if payment was paid via Paypal that a refund will be issued via Paypal and Paypal will remove any fees before depositing you the full amount.
Rescheduling of Workshop or Expo (Jade reschedules)
If for any reason Jade has to reschedule the workshop or expo, and you can attend the new date, your reservation will transfer to new date/location. If the new date/location does not suit you, full monies will refunded to attendees. PLEASE NOTE if payment was paid via Paypal that a refund will be issued via Paypal and Paypal will remove any fees before depositing you the full amount.
If you are unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend and SEVEN DAYS NOTICE has been given prior to workshop or Expo date a refund will be given. PLEASE NOTE if payment was paid via Paypal that a refund will be issued via Paypal and Paypal will remove any fees before depositing you the full amount.
If you are unable to attend within SEVEN DAYS of workshop or Expo no refund will be given. You may arrange for another person to attend in your place if you choose too. Contact Jade with their details.
Weather/Nature Events (Acts of God)
Commonly referred to as an “act of God” , the natural disaster is such that cannot be foreseen or prevented by humans. Things we cannot prevent include any naturally-occurring catastrophe, such as earthquakes, tornados, erupting volcanos, hail, lightning, windstorms and of course, hurricanes.
If Jade or venue is not available because of a "act of God" no refunds will be issued. Instead a new venue/date will be rescheduled at a later date within a six month period. If the new date/location does not suit you, monies will refunded minus a $20 administration fee, to attendees. PLEASE NOTE if payment was paid via Paypal that a refund will be issued via Paypal and Paypal will remove any fees before depositing you the full amount.
If attendee cannot attend because of a "act of God", and workshop or expo is on, no refunds will be issued.
