PICTURE Intuition Development Exercises

☆Intuition is a natural part of ourselves and the more we can listen to out "inner voice" or "intuition" the better it is for YOU. I have a series of development exercises that are quick and easy that can help with your spiritual growth.
☆ Step ONE:
Take a minute, relax and allow your senses to open. Ask you are relaxing, drop your shoulders, breathe in through your nose and out your mouth and allow tension to leave your body. Your breathe will find its natural rhythm. Soften your eyes and look at the picture.
☆ Step TWO:
Ask in your mind or out loud "Which healing pendulum is in pouch A?" and accept the first thought that comes to your mind. You may "hear or know" the answer. You may see one of the pictures stand out more, it may intensify in colour, seem to be appear larger or look as though it is vibrating.
☆ Step THREE:
Write your answer in the comments. Sometimes to actually say out loud or write your answer down can be daunting. Your logical mind may think "What if I am wrong?" yes..but what if you are right?
Sometimes, if you have written down the wrong answer and when you find out what it is, you realise that the actual answer was your second thought. You may have been changing your mind this one because it reminded you of one you have seen before or you liked one pendulum better.
Your logical mind may try and find a pattern or memory and it takes time and practise to listen to your intuition.
Today is a good day to start to listen.
